My Kawasaki Zephyr 1100 is in bits awaiting steering head bearings.
The BMW is in the shed awaiting a tyre, new injectors, oil change etc, and today the trike crapped itself, while I was modifying the exhaust.
Somehow I’ve torn the wires off the temp sender. It has an Acewell electronic dash, so needs the exact matching sender. I’ve ordered one but I have an awful idea it’s coming from the US. It appears to be 1/8bsp, albeit somewhat chewed up, but the only one Acewell sell is npt. Mine is fairly loose in its hole, but an npt plug I have will barely start. I think some jury rigging has occurred in the past.
The exhaust has been put in a more sensible place now, but needs another bracket welding.... and oversight that never raised its head until it was all painted in VHT.
