Wiring the New Rectifier

The new 110e Rectifier came today and now i want to double check the wiring on this machine.
The old owner removed the old rectifier and I am not real clear on the diagram.
I am thinking A-A, B-B, C-C, & D-D. I am not going to wire this up until I hear from someone who knows about this.

Looks like C/D wires go to the C/D terminals.

Both the A/B wires would go to the A terminal (Red side of rectifier).

The B terminal would not be used.

Be sure the C and D terminals are connected the right way round, for the correct polarity.

Surely a and b wires are live and neutral so that would be a dead short, There appears to be a capacitor across a and b on the rectifier, so that looks like the A\C connections, i.e. a and b wires?

CB, if you have a meter or can identify the rectifier's direction then draw a diagram to ensure correct connection.

He seems to be replacing a center tap type rectifier with a full bridge type rectifier,so he would be using just half of the rectifier.
The small blue disk is usually a varistor across the + and - in a full wave type circuit.

The outputs from the mains transformer, which look like C and D to me, would go to either C or D on the rectifier. Either way round should work. A on the rectifier looks like it is the positive, so should go to the torch, whilst B on the rectifier, which looks like the negative, should go to the workpiece, probably via the choke coil.

The 100E uses a center-tapped transformer with a half bridge. You can see the center tap already goes to the contactor. Then the contactor feeds the choke and work (-) lead.

Only half the rectifier will be used.

Thanks everyone for the advice, The old owner sent me pictures of how
the old rectifier was wired.
I have a meter (Greenlee DM-20), but am not that skilled at electronics, I can wire your house but little squiggly lines don't mean much to me.
I did trace the B wire to the + post.

I plan to wire it up the way said Shenion, and will let you know how it goes.
How would I measure the amperage of this when working?

Why does it look like that the AC input arm on the rectifier, is on the outside of the positive heatsink plate ?
It looks like it has changed since the original photo.

That is the original Rectifier, not the new one.

Ok,I see now,than just hook it up as Shenion said and it should be fine.

Ok when I got to the bolt it in step I did not have enough Wire length to attach the wires to post D & C.
I loosened up the nuts and rotated post C counter clockwise.
BUT here it comes:
Now, Wire C is behind Wire D and they would have to cross over each other to follow Shenion’s instructions.
Can I put wire C on Post D and Wire D on Post C? These are labeled the same as in the first photo.
Wire C comes from the back of the transformer and Wire D comes from the middle then wraps around a
Plastic post at the rear and is very short.
I do not know how to test the Transformer for which wire goes where.

C/D can be either polarity as it does not matter on the AC (transformer) side.
