Wiring diagram symbol

Been scratching my head over this for a while its the x-type wiring drawings - it has a key but does not include this and I have not come across it elsewhere. I have several guesses but would like to know definitively if someone does!

Nope. The fuse symbol is shown protecting the glow plug relay for example with it's ID and value

Is it some sort of cross connection on a can-bus system. Only a guess, I know nothing about these new fangled systems apart from they a big trouble if they go wrong.

I assume its just a badly laid out indication that the 2 wires linked with the dashed line are a twisted pair.

They usually show the figure of eight over the wires being twisted together, but theses have other wires in between them.

How about shielded wire\pair

I think shielded or twisted pair...

Shielded/twisted pair, but the shield would normally be connected to GND.

I'm guessing it's twisted pair, but somebody has done the diagram so the twisted pair don't actually run parallel in the diagram..

Thanks all - Twisted pair was my guess. (I discarded shielded as there was no earth connection shown)
What was confusing is all the twisted pair symbols in the rest of the dwg on the CAN or SCP bus are as per @Aff pic but the ones in question are at 90 degs to them. Anyway mystery solved I think.
