Wire Liner?

ive got my new metal wire liner today and am now trying to fit it, i am currently stuck trying to get the old one out, its very stiff. has anyone got any tips that may help me remove the old one and fit the new? thanks ian

ive now done the wire liner but am unsure if i can put the excess off the liner into the swan neck? any ideas on if it is possible just so its all new? thanks ian

Most swan necks with a separate liner is a sping and is different than the main liner.

hi glyn yes sorted mate, fitted new metal wire liner and its all fine now. tried welding two bits of metal the other day, when i finished and tested if it was strong it just snapped so its back to the drawing board lol. want to make a project of a car dolly. always wanted one and thought might aswell make it a project, what you think?
