Hi.. me again
I noticed sometimes when im welding for more than 10 seconds on spray that i can feel a vibration building within the torch and i think it starts to interfere with the feeding because i notice a slight build up for spatter producing arc the longer i do it.. so what im saying is first 4 seconds i can get a nice spray arc going with no spatter although a bit of crackle then after that the vibration starts and the crackle can build to a point that i can actually start getting a bit of spatter around the weld bead.
What you think that is? need adjustment on the feed roller pressure? more? less? the liner inside the torch is still really new so i dont think its a liner issue as such
Im running a copper coated esab brand solid steel 1mm wire btw
