Just got myself a new welder as above, so much better than my previous "bitsa" one.
Question is, should the wire feed stop altogether when I turn the control down to 0.
Mine does not. I find this irritating as my previous welder did, & I used to turn it zero at the start of a new job, & press the trigger to let the welding gas flush through any air which might be in the pipes in order to make sure that welding gasses were present as soon as I start to weld.
The new one pushes wire out even if set to "0".
