5s aren't soooo bad, but you really should still have a platform with barriers backed up by some form of fall-arrest system and a written procedure and risk assessment in place ready for when your next change is due


Looks much nicer to work in though, and I see you find those boxes with the flip up handles from an unknown supplier useful too

I will try and obtain the necessary procedures and risk assessments for the job of fabricating the much needed platform and barriers. Unfortunately I need to change a new reel of wire before I am able to commence the work

I designed the workbenches specifically around those boxes, so kindly donated to me by my local food distributor

Several small winter projects on the go. "Get better at welding" is always top of the list (and never gets crossed off the list)
I built a small stove for the workshop earlier this year. It's had a few test runs and more than a few modifications. That will be an ongoing project as I see how it performs on the coldest of winter days.

im planing on building a big ring roller i would like to be able to role scaf bar in it got a couple motors with reduction gearboxs been looking for some think to copy or insperation but not seen much yet any idears welcome

hmm looks like i might be a bit optimistic with scaf tube with the 45mm shafts and bearings iv got by the looks of whats out there may be this winters project will be a C frame punch with this thing
