Have you tried the Windows 10 installation media tool? This is a method provided by Microsoft to install Windows 10. I have not used it because my colleague said it is not an easy thing.

I don't know why your colleague suggests it isn't easy - it is!

All you need is a USB stick with (I think) at least 8GB capacity and it takes you through it step by step.
