Window casement steel

Hello all, does anyone know of a supplier for the attached profile of steel?
Alternative methods may have to include cutting down some miniature universal beam, or welding some T sections up. If it ends up going down that road, can anyone recommend a supplier for tiddly sections like that?

Not exactly the same profiles...

Do you have a sample of what you need? Perhaps take a good clear photo and send it to the steel window association people and ask if they can identify it.

brundles sell T section and flat bar if you need to make your own...not sure on the dims of the T though

Just had this an idea of how I could get it water cut & then assemble. If I welded on the outside faces of the tabs it could work

If I welded on the outside faces of the tabs it could work

It is good. Just consider what parts of the finished item will be visible. It might mean a lot of post-weld finishing. You could perhaps minimise this with clever choice of tab and slot dimensions. Would long ones be harder or easier to finish than a series of much shorter ones?

What total length do you need? For maybe less than 1m, milling from solid could work. Know anyone with a metal planer?

Is the section symmetric? The written dimensions make it appear so (10mm cut back top and bottom) but the drawing is not so. If so, you only need two parts cut, the spine and then double the number of sides.
