I'm lucky to have a proper sawmill at canonbie down the road, he'll cut what ever I want and treat it properly but its rough sawn and fencing/shed/stable material, no good for stud walls etc
And he's really really cheap!
Cheap always helps.
I tend to go with planed/studwork timber for everything, even external work. I've generally found that planed seems more resilient to moisture than rough sawn, so I just use it for everything nowadays. This wood I'm after at the moment is for some racking for the shed, and possibly also for something along these lines, eventually:
