Well, help me out here, who's this, anyone know?

I suspect he might be an actor.

An actor called Stanislav Ianevski from Bulgaria. Apparently he was in a Harry Potter film.

If you're using Google you can right click on the image, or two fingered tap for phone etc and select "Search image with Google lense" then it pulls up any results for the image on the internet. Presumably you can do similar with the other browsers, possibly even with that Apple crap too.
