Get a cheap auto drain, that should sort your problem

its not even mine. i went over to my niegbours for some tape and asked him how often he drained his compressor and he said he didn't even know that you could. so i showed him how to do it and a about 7 years worth of water came out.

Thats funny. My neighbour asked me if I wanted an old compressor. Fine I said, bits would be useful. Mentioned the drain bit. Huh? How do you do that? I pointed out the valve under the receiver and he had never noticed it.

if it was full of water it wouldnt have rotted at the bottom and the water wouldnt have exploded it would have just been like a hydraulic test

Had an auto drain fail on a unit at work and there was 200lts of water in the tank!

i was working in a dental lab store room. the poor little comp was constantly running stopping and starting belt slipping and red hot got a new belt for em and started draining it off .christ took 20 mins and 6 buckets of water later needless to say they knew nowt about draining. it it was full

i had a simalar issue with one of my compressors. i have a few connected together and on day noticed the water trap filling up rather quickly so went to poke the compressors with stick

last tank in the line was FULL, kicking the 1" ball valve on the bottom of it open resulted in quite a suprise
