Which Graphics card should be better?

all psu can be used down or up elusivemite it depends on there case

its peoples houses that are the problem

fitting it downwards has its problems pics up dust like crazy and any animal fur and its in the fan area

one thing that bugs me with psu we pay a good amount and none of them have a filter over them

My PSU fits in the bottom of the case but on its side. Having said that I don't think the fan has ever come on, certainly never heard it.

Nah, those Corsairs are almost all single rail, certainly not 4.

Most cases have the PSU in the bottom these days, drawing their own air rather than the warm internal air. Just make sure as said, it's clear of the carpet and preferably has dust filters on the case inlet. All my cases have PSU's that way up but the cases also all have filters.
