We have just bought a secondhand Sealey MightyMig 130XT. It will be used for auto welding. I can see that some people have had problems with the wire feed but for us it was a good starter MIG, so everything crossed!
However, want it to take refillable gas cylinders. I've been told to use argonmix but its horrendously expensive so the alternative is a small 1000g refillable CO2 cylinder which will cost a little more than £60. Will this type do the job? I can't see how we can afford to use argon mix but am I missing something?
Can I also double check with you what type of gas regulator we need to get.
Many thanks
