I priced up snap on roll cabs in the kitchen for a laugh. Was cheaper than the kitchen we have ended up with but Project Management voted against itIs that a garage or a kitchen?![]()

If you identify as a princess, then who are we to criticise.Mine is "Princess grey", light grey is for peasants.![]()
The best colour is the one that makes the circlip that’s just pinged across the workshop easier to find![]()

Funny enough so do I - HD shop tilesI have blue carpet on my concrete floor![]()
It's not just me then!!Funny enough so do I - HD shop tiles
Sealed the floor before, but it sweats a fair bit under the tiles.
I built my shed about ten years ago now , I play with classic cars , I painted the floor light grey and its always been ok , if I drop something I can find it , you can wipe up oil splills , its not too happy with paint stripper though , I generally do a project and before starting next one I wash floor and repaint with the Layland paints stuff from screwfix , I did it for third time this year , I dont know if the expensive paint any better but mine has never lifted or come off , I do weld and grind also paint , so it gets overspray on it , thats my opinon for what its worthI am about to buy epoxy paint to cover my new garage floor with. Probably the non slip version as I don’t want to end up on my ****. There is a choice of colours.
Light grey is my thought at the moment, but blue, green, red and clear available.
Is epoxy the way to go?
What colour is best to live with?
Am I wasting my money?
Concrete is new (1 year old) clean but needs building dust removing and possibly finishing with an electric concrete diamond floor polisher first to Take off 3/5 mm down to non dusty stuff. ( yes I know it should have been finished properly when wet)
I want a hard wearing finish that I don’t wish I’d done differently in 3 years time.
Thanks
I now see a pictureWhat I have
That’s an old photo!!!![]()
whichever colour you can get a hold of...
reminded me of an only fools episode. got it off the internet somewhere. i knew there would be an image of it kicking about. That’s an old photo!!!
I'd go for bright yellow, my workshop will be very yellow.I'm sure this has been asked before, couldn't find it...
This would be for a mechanical/technical working space, not a showcase for toys.
I don't want the floor to be glaring. I also want to be able to easily spot those errant e-clips and other small escapees.
I'm thinkin' something in the ≤ burnt orange range.
Thoughts? Pics?

Yellow makes me happy.
Why?No, it's warm.
Lets argue.
