Where's the cheap 15w40 currently?

Last time I bought oil I just went to euro car parts or somewhere and bought 25l.

Now its all gone shrinkflation, down to 20l, and the cost of a kidney.

Just want some every day 15w40 for the landrover 300tdi.

Someone here will know somewhere, I'm sure!

I had a 20% off voucher on eBay and bought two 20l drums of mannol "classic" 10-40 yesterday. Says it's good for diesels and has all the right specs. Worked out at 42 quid per 20l including postage. Cheapest I've seen it for years.

Interestingly my local autofactors is £50 for a 5L jar of 5w30. But a 20L box genuine Mercedes 5w30 from dealer is £80+VAT. So works out 50% cheaper to buy the genuine oil from dealership.

Fuchs supply "genuine" Mercedes oil !
