Good to hear of another Marina being kept in work…
One of our daughter’s best friends from Uni has been running one as a daily driver for a while - he’s Godfather to our granddaughter and was on his way back (Peak District to Kent) from her christening when we got a call asking ‘if we might have a bed for the night…’
Turned out that he’d had problems with loss of power on the motorway (the AA chap was slightly bemused at the call, but followed Tom to the outskirts of our town) and so the following morning we resorted to tea, bacon roll and problem solving…
Check the spark, check the fuel… must be an air issue on the inlet side… cut a new gasket for the carbs and job sorted, done… runs like a dream now!
Keep it all running, and message if you need me to message Tom for anything technical!
