Yep Paul is correct they are spinning's. The chances of you actually locating the same company that produces these is very slim indeed. All this sort of work is made to order.
I would strongly suggest a company gets these made for the market by a spinning company and they will own the tooling (most likely) So unless you can find an outlet for them here i would think you have slim chance.
If i get to talk to you i can send you in the right direction of spinners i have used for projects over the years. Expect to pay for it though. If they are ally they can be done on hardwood formers which is a lot cheaper than steel ones.
They're an off the shelf item in the states (Al, mild and stainless) but i've never come across 'em in the UK. Aside from buying from the states the usual solution when needing bends that tight a radius is segmented bends from straight tube

ive decided to ditch the idea or MIG ALLOY welding and gone with straights and silicon hose
