Any welding supplier in the known universe should be able to sort you out. Alternatively can search for the relevant part numbers, plenty of exploded drawings about that list all the different bits laid out in a way that shows the extra insulator and different collets that are used with a large gas lens
That CK lens is probably a similar price to a 'genuine' Weldcraft from a lot of places? Sometimes find there's more gauze screens in the pucker weldcraft lenses than in cheaper ones. 'Better' collets and collet bodies are usually made from a tellurium copper alloy which doesn't mangle as easily
Barnet want £8.57 inc VAT for a 41v116s, probably Parweld again which if it's anything like the large Parweld lenses i've got is a bit shorter than normal sized lenses i.e. the back cap screws in a chunk further before the collet bites the tungsten. That said the difference could be in the extra insulator
Personally i'd say 90% of that kit is pointless... do you use 1.0mm or 3.2mm tungstens? What's the point of the #6 and #8 cups, those sizes only really make sense on a regular gas lens. The #15 should NOT be used with HF start as it's not long enough to properly cover the end of the gas lens- all the decent manufacturers/brands point this out. Do you need new back caps?
Personally i only have a large gas lens in a 1.6mm as pretty much the only material i use it on is titanium, very occasionally i use it on stainless but only ever on stuff that isn't thick enough to need a 2.4 tungsten. The only cups i own for it are #12
Hope this helps:-Large Gas Lens large dia 2.4mm pt no 45v64,Collet 2.4mm 10N24,Ceramic 57N74 size 8,53N88 size 10.These are all Weldcraft parts,as hotrodder says are better quality. If you want I will send you the bits. They them out,if they are what you want we will talk about price. They will be far cheaoer than the price you have been quoted.
I might have sent you wrong info on your TIG spares.Any chance you can give me the part number of the spares you require. If I am correct you might require the following,Gas Lens 45v24,ceramic 54N15,Collet 10N24,long back cap 57Y02,short back cap 57Y02,insulator 57Y01.The insulator is a vital part of the build of the front end of your torch,if you look down from the top of the ceramic you will see that he Gas Lens is hard up against the ceramic, when you are welding the heat generated causes the Gas Lens to expand hence the end of your ceramic will pop off,the insulator acts as a spacer between the gas lens and ceramic! By the way the part numbers I have used are for 2.4mm Tungstan.Let me know.Hope this info helps
