Ive repaired a Brush today (round here a Broom is a Witches mode of transport)....normally it wouldve gone in the bin but it is a very soft brush...good on the wood flooring.....modified the stale diameter on the linisher.

Hm these folks from south of the Tyne have odd vocabulary.
In God's Hallowed Triangle:
Brush - soft-bristled item for sweeping household dust, sawdust and the like. A paintbrush with attitude
Broom - hard-bristled item for sweeping heavier detritus such as swarf or outdoor use for leaves etc. A gentle wire brush
Besom - a 'witches broom' for outdoor sweeping of leaves etc. Granny Ogg's is always hard to start on a cold day.
