When is a 1 mm disk not 1 mm !!!!!

I had a job of drilling a truck chassis as I turned a body around so the crane was behind the cab rather than at the rear of the vehicle. I only had three holes left to drill when my Makita packed in, and with me going away the next day I thought I could get away with buying a cheapo drill from toolstation (Silverline). The bloke behind the counter even said to me 'see you tomorrow when it's broken'!!! Sure enough it didn't last that long and it was back to toolstation with half a hole left to drill!

why not try smith and arrow a box of 25 x1mm £19.95.
I find them ok.but I cut mostly tubings.

I bought loads of 1mm discs a few years ago when on offer at Aldi. They seem to last well.
