Do what i do and ime sure most lads here, take all advice on board and thankfully so. Then follow your own path and just do it...otherwise it will still be in discussion next April. For what its worth i have banded many wheels over the years on yanky stuff etc and had the senerio, to me the valve will seal and a tubeless will sit on that rim...To be clear -
I'm not saying you're wrong.
I'm simply saying that you're saying they can't be tubed, whilst someone else is saying they can't be tubeless.
I'm not casting any judgement, simply pointing out the conflicting information.
I realize that the reason you are saying they can't be tubed is because of the position of the hole. It's the very point I bought up in my initial post.
