Well the whole bearing just slid right off, didnt need any pullers, but best be prepared for the worst case scenario. The mechanic that fitted the last hub put it on with copper ease. The track rod end gave me the biggest trouble, it was seized solid, had to grind through the adjustment end until the threads started to show to get it off. Tried heat and penetrating oil, didnt work. So, thats a new offside track rod end, a pair of front disks and full set of front pads and an offside hub fitted. Everything came to about £70 including having to buy a 46mm socket. Thanks for the great advice.
