Whatvwouod you buy to make a box section arch?

Hi guys and gals hope your all well,

I am being asked more and more if I can make gates/railings etc with arches which at the moment I can't without getting somebody to do it for me obviously not really cost effective.
Iv been asked to replicate this to an extent so what would you use?
I would love to make something but time isn't on my side as I don't get much spare tinker time so that's out of the question.

Ideally like to future proof it so I can roll larger box 40/50mm
Aswell as flat bar again 40/50mm

A big ring roller is what you need. It'll have to be pretty substantial to roll box that big though.

I figured it would have to be heavy duty just not sure what or where to start looking, iv seen one on metz but only goes to about 30mm box I think

More than likely some sort of powered industrial unit.

I have this one, I've done a fair bit of 40mm with it, it says 40mm is the max but you can squeeze 50mm into mine, it takes a bit of work to get a tight bend on it but curves like gate tops aren't too bad.

Cyclops designs do a range of ring rollers, and they are made in the UK!

I've just recently taken delivery of the heavy duty version...it rolls 20mm solid square bar no problem at all, can't imagine 30mm solid would be too much of an issue, 30mm hollow would be a breeze.

Emailing him directly gives you a much better deal than through eBay.
