knipex and elliot lucas for side cutters every time there designed for cutting piano wire which is hard as hell. the only thing they dont like cutting is live cables
I've got two pairs of old Knipex side cutters, great tools. One pair is over 25 years old that I had as a apprentice....They didn't like live tables either!

I found a long cross head screwdriver at the side of the road. Someone had tried to use it as a lever at some time. I managed to straighten it to a degree albeit a slight hump in the middle. Ive had it about 30 years now and its rare to find a screw it wont fit and shift. Anything beyond its capabilities is the drill bit!! No one and I mean no one borrows it.
