So in have a few of thease and from what I know “I” can only buy them from one place but I am 99% sure what their sold for and what I use them for is not their intended use.

I think I have worked it out now -------- I recon it should have a flashing LED on the end of it. Now you should slowly insert it half way up a Dogs **** hole so when out walking the Dog off its lead at night. And it runs off you can see where your Dog is going. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've handled that kind of thing in the past, but I can't remember exactly when/where.

I want to say it's something horticulture related, like a stake for wrapping string around.
