What’s the correct name for this?

It pushes in then the collar secures it. External dia is 4mm, internal dia is 3mm. Length of bit that goes in is 12mm. Want a replacement to make a longer lead

Without the collar its just a barrel jack or "Coaxial power connector", they come in a couple of common diameters though I've never seen a locking one.

Are you sure on the sizes?
It wouldn't be a 5.5mm barrel for a 2.5mm pin would it?
