What was the last thing you made on a Lathe or Mill?

Last things I made were these percussion revolver cylinder loading presses.

Made on my Super7 using the milling vice. Since then the lathe has been down while I'm fitting a 3 phase motor and VFD.

Loft door hatch mechanism after the plastic one broke. It’s just a bolt but the other end needed something doing in the lathe

Just get a lathe.

Just modified a standard cap screw to suit a special fastener that had been chewed up on the forks of an old Slabside Suzuki GSXR, easy job, but not without a lathe:
