if its just a normal 13a 3 pin plug then the max you should put in is 13amp, otherwise you would need to fit a 16amp commando (the blue ones) plug and a socket on the wallHi, I've just bought a new TelMig 130/1, but it came with no fuse. Can anyone tell me what fuse to use in the plug? Cheers.
The fuse is there to protect the supply lead from connection (plug) to the machine. The circuit from the Consumer Panel, to the power socket/connection point, should be protected at the CP.Thank you, finyuk2005. I've also been told to use a 3X fuse but that sounds too small! But the fuse is there to protect the circuit after all..
If it has a 13a plug then reckon use a 13A fuse and see what happens...should be fine on the lower settings. Can anyone tell me what fuse to use in the plug?
