What shall I do with this

This came along and I couldn't pass it up, it's a pretty hefty winch 240v 0.75hp motor I believe, with a 150:1 ratio, turning 9.5 rpm,it was used as a lift motor set up

So it's over to you lot what should it be made into, any silly or sensible ideas greatly received

Looks ideal for dragging boats out of the water up a slipway. That's the first thing that comes into my head anyway! Or a fixed winch for hauling things into a loft or mezzanine? Nice bit of kit!

I do, I do, I love anything that moves or turns with elec-trickery, I already have the winch that pulls they stuff into the loft, so that idea isn't too good, have to keep searching, what would you do with it wolly??

For a long time I had been toying around with the idea of making a medium size machine myself but my health recently took a big dive so may have to give up all my hobbies. Not happy but that's life, anyway one of these would have been nice to have.
