What MIG welder is this

Just bought this welder for very little money.
Can anyone give me some specs or make from this welder.
I think it's a FERM welder but who knows better.
here are some pics

the rating plate says; 15% 105A 19,2V
60% 50A 16,5V

There is a fan inside the welder.

So can someone give me some info please?

Can someone also give me the lowest and highest welding current?
Is the lowest 50 Amps and the highest 105 Amp.
If so it will be to high for welding .8mm metal or??

50A is too high for thin metal.

The 60% 50A may well be referring to the duty cycle at that - could well be settings below that. I'd guess it's a 30 amp to 125 amp? Possibly 30 to 105.

Reference on a Dutch vw forum suggests even lower minimum (though 15 amps is unlikely for MIG so it's probably wrong). http://www.volksforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5531

15 amp seems incredably low. lowest one i know of is the kemppi minarcmig which is there portable inverter one which goes down to 20amps, other than that its the portamig at 25amps
