Hi,
I'm very new to welding, infact I haven't used my welder yet as I don't have a mask. My welder is a SIP Migmate 120 and I aim to use it to restore Daisy my 1977 Lada Zhiguli. This is her: http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/3490/lada001.jpg
What should I be looking at in a welding mask? The work will be done outside as I have no garage.
Regards
Clare

A basic mask with around shade 10 screen would do to start you off welding. I repaired an estate version which belonged to my brother in law after it was hit by a Granada. It needed a wing and driver's door plus an piece of sill and A post, the Granny was wrecked.
She's gonna need much more welding than that I'm afraid! Like two new wings, probably most of both sills too.
