Can anyone identify what this grinding wheel fits? its about 45mm thick and 400mm wide

Realistically it could be anything but the five inch hub reminds me of a landis centre less grinder dims

127 is a standard hub size on a lot of German made surface grinders. Think it also fits a Danobat.
