What is the most ruthless, aggressive grinding disc in the world?

I wear eye protection and ear plugs. I don't wear a mask because after three years of a fake virus and a criminal government, I hate masks.

An old friend of mine was the first person to die of that virus in Southend hospital, two more died of it within months.
As for grinding & not wearing a mask, Copd & Asthma are not nice diseases to get, Two guys i knew have died of them in the last two years, both didnt wear masks.,

i was born with asthma and ive spent more years in hospital through it hence the reason why i hate hospitals

but to give you a good idea how it feels grab a straw and breath through that now with your lips squeze the straw and try to breath at the same time thats our windpipes closing as we are fighting for every breath that we take panic sets in and just makes the situation worse

ive been trained in old school calming so i can control my breathing and calming down a dark room helps to concentrate

copd is in your lungs and roughly the same but you cant get enough oxygen into your lungs as they are filled with mucus and its jet white every morning as you cough and clear them

now ive done the building trade most of my life and enjoy it ive broken every rule in the book but as i can clear them really well
as goes for masks i cannot wear them until the new design of a half mask that does seal its too late for me but i can now wear one

paper masks are useless if you wear glasses hence the reason i broke the rules i just couldnt see a damn thing and for my job thats not advisable but what could i do

nothing as the company provided paper masks to what they was obliged to do under health and safety, so its either the sack or just grin and bear it

health and safety to be honest is 2 faced for glasses wearers its either the sack for us or buy our own masks as they wont provide them for us

as goes for later life getting asthma its not its a form of copd caused by the job your in but with both asthma and copd they are both similar to do with your lungs and wind pipes and theres not much they can do other than breathable medication in powder dust form

Back in 84 when i went self employed i bought one of the then new Racal Airstream powered respirators, I have worn two of them out & at times wore one every day for weeks on end. Worth their weight in gold.

Masks work for their intended purpose which was to stop mucus from a sneeze or cough being projected, that people invented the idea that they couldn't stop individual virus particles so were of no use is the problem not the masks.

I do realize very much how I ruined this thread with that comment. To be real, I do in fact wear a respirator when I'm dealing with a substance that either makes me cough or burns my eyes. At that point it's quite obvious that the body needs some protection.

Quite often once you “realise” by the symptoms the damage is done.

I've never had anything from the welding process make me cough or burn my eyes. It's always a chemical like tire cleaner or chlorine bleach.

By the time you notice anything from the weld process making you cough it will be too late.

I presume I shouldn't pass your condolences on to my family who lost two members due to covid. That said, early condolences to your family for the poor health you will endure through needlessly ingesting dangerous particles.

With the cutting discs , it's the glass fibre residue left every where that I find most annoying after the fact.

Why bother cutting it up? You'll waste more in time & discs that would buy a bit of 3mm strip. If you go to a good stockholder they will be able to slice up some strips from a sheet with their guillotine!

If you really want to cut it up slice along the weld edge with a plasma.
