I've wondered that - I once had an exhaust delivered there and was told they shouldn't have accepted it as it was over a metre long. So why did the seller give me that option?
I've seen other stuf with click & collect as a possible option and thought to myself "yeah right - I'd get an email in about a week saying it couldn't be delivered to Argos and wanting an alternative or giving me a refund"
