Only have 1.2mm as have a sealy 100 that only goes down to 55amp and was worried about blowtrough. Wanted it as near the same thickness as the bodywork aswell. Yes made a template but it’s such a awkward shape, massively overestimate how hard it would be to shape it as it doesn’t just bend one way, there is a curve long ways if that makes any sense.Did you make a cardboard template first? Get the size and put the right angle on for the bottom. Use 20g sheet and you can bend it roughly by hand while it is clamped by the bottom flange.
