Not the best photo but what the hell does this mean?
Am I now waiting for a fine for driving down this road?
Does it mean no buses?
Does it mean no disabled people?
Does it mean no parking?
Does it mean you just can't drive down hear?
Does it mean that London is run by nothing more than a bunch of internet scammers in shiny suits after everyone's money no matter what?
I think I've answered that last question!
I thank you.

They put extra mirrors on vehicles but you spend more time looking a signs and trying not to attract a fine or break a by-law, than you do looking in your brand new mirrors at the suicidal cyclists and pedestrians oblivious of anything but Whatsapp. Some of the signs councils erect are not even understood by their own departments as I've found out. Parking annoys me. You can only pay by phone at some places. So what happens if you haven't got a phone or a credit card? Put the ticket in the windscreen? Well if it ain't sticky, you can't strictly put it in the windscreen can you? You put it on the dashboard and then they give you a ticket because they 'say' they couldn't read it. I know of one council who puts their parking ticket clocks out by 10 minutes so you think you have more time than you actually have and end up getting back too late. I made Hackney council in London check all their ticket machine times because even their machine outside the ticket office was wrong! They didn't argue and I got my ticket cancelled without appeal because I said I was going to take a front page advert out in the local paper and let people who had received ticket know about their scam.
