As title, in your shed/workshop by way of a First Aid Kit?
It occurred to me in a Damascene moment that I have nothing out there to stem bleeding, rub on a burn or [much worse] flush out an eye
. What do you lads have, and would it be better to put together a box with 'custom' contents or buy a commercial one?
I work out there alone [bar the odd visit from a neighbour] so don't need ones which cater for multiple personnel. I'm leaning towards to gathering bits to make up a box which might cost a little more but might suit my personal purposes better.
AND, the first one to suggest Preparation_H or similar gets put on my 'ignore' list.......

. One thing I thought about was 'old-fashioned' electrical tape, the black fabric stuff. It used to be great for helping cuts heal but seems to be difficult as most suppliers seem to have switched to plastic stuff now.

.
Good thread though, I've been meaning to stock it up properly, I was thinking fine tweezers, a dental type pick and some "2-octyl..." based superglue, the medical stuff, it's supposed to be slightly toxic or something.
