Hi guys,
I am currently working/restoring my new acquisition Fronius MagicWave 2600. It’s almost done, almost as I do not have torch so only tested with stick. The set comes with cooler and there was a problem with leaky pump seal, cracked hose and lots of dirt in the system. Now is as good as new. I used distilled water for testing and my question is what coolant could be used apart from the standard coolant offered/intended for tig applications. Is using general purpose antifreeze a good idea? Just to clear some questions I never used water cooled tig before I see some use just deionised water. Thanks
