Don't use fabric conditioner if washing mf clothes, it makes them 'harder' for some reason (well, according to them as know on DW).
It's the same for towels, when softener is used they just don't work as well. We air dry all of our towel too when it's possible. They are almost crispy when fresh but they dry you a lot better than one where softener has been used.
That is because the "softeners" leave behind a coating. Bad news when then used for cleaning.
Yeah, I discovered that too. I can't say I was very pleased when I purchased blue towel and found the dye leaking out of itWord of caution. I used to use blue paper till I realised, much blue paper is recycled and has a dye in it. This is akin to gunwash which can be recycled from the printing g business and can leave fish eyes. I will only have white paper in my bodyshop now. For my top work I use Tork wipes.

Fabric conditioner stops cloths from absorbing anything, not a good idea. I like my towels scratchy anywayDon't use fabric conditioner if washing mf clothes, it makes them 'harder' for some reason (well, according to them as know on DW).
Seems to be a pretty good product though. Do you find the roll doesn't last long ?So far been using Starchem Crowsfoot Premium Meltblown Wipes Cloth Roll,
but at £30 a roll wondering is there a cheaper alternative?
I am not strictly enough to use it just for panel wipe, it gets used a general rag, cloths etc so have gone through 3 rolls just working on the camper. probably need to get some blue roll for general stuf and keep the Starchem for paint workSeems to be a pretty good product though. Yeah acetone is a bit harsh probably and quite expensive. Thanks hava a bunch of microfiber but they are all new an seem to be fluffy will give them a wash.
Made the mistake of using pure Acetone in a pinch watched it melt all the foam and plastic sheet I had used to mask up with
