Using it as a pressurised fluid inlet to have the dual operating function on the brakes?

Yes, I can use either hand or foot. Some people remove the foot brake but I preferred to keep it and still mostly use the foot brake.

Quick modification

This is a fuel pump for an A Series, I bought it for my Dads A30 but the brass unions were too short for the new pump and bottomed out on the hex before clamping the olive. Couldn't get any longer fittings locally so took 2mm off each port on the mill

Got the gearbox castings back and cracked on

A lot of work but now finished. The big circlips definetly lead you to having a few bum puckering moments taking them in and out whilst shimming the gears and bearings up!
