What are these

The pliers, the closet I have seen was in a Dental Technicians lab. Were they make braces, false teeth and stuff like that.

My Dad had a few sets, they may not be their original use, but it may be a starting place.

And these tap holders maybe not convinced though.

They look like a coppy, maybe from the days at school when they made things, or a training peace, of More and Wrights tap wrenches.
