what are these used for as ive no idea

hello, all hope I've posted in the right place well I've acquired these and do people still use them
added some pics.

The lower ones are reamers, the middle selection are drills and the top selections are burrs.

yes as above most are taper variants so for a lathe or certain pillar drills

The reamers look a bit neglected, chipped and banged about, thr drills should sharpen up though

And yes they are still used, the drills and reamers are morse taper so need to be used in a lathe or a drilling machine which has a taper spindle.
The reamers are really precision tools so the ones you have are probably not a lot of use being as they are rusty but the drills could probably be put to use.

The burrs are probably just HSS so likely not a lot of use nowadays.

As has been said the drills may be of use but the reamers are probably not.
Chuck them on eBay and you may get a decent return, lots of people there will likely buy them.

there is a freebie section on here if you dont want to or didn't sell them. some people on here might make use of some it possibly ?

Should get £20 or so on eBay as a lot, might even get a couple of numpties trying to outbid each other.
To me personally the drills would be worth £10 but then again I have plenty already so...

Value also depends on decent brand names of course.

I'll go a tenner for the drills, if they won't be way too much to post? The reamers... If I had a tool and cutter grinder they'd make good practice pieces
