I've seen a fair number of posts about Rye Oils lately. My brother works in the unit next door to them, so if their stuff is good value, I thought i might ask him to pop in and get me some bits.
Is this: https://www.ryeoil.co.uk/shop/penetrating-oil-25-litre-dw-40-equiv/ basically the same as WD40 but not in a spray can?
Also, their degreasant: https://www.ryeoil.co.uk/shop/degreasant/ This isnt the same as brake cleaner that you buy in halfords is it? But does it do the same job? Kerosene based suggests it might lubricate a little itself so you would have to wash off after use? Sorry if this is a silly question, but I am no chemist!
