If you buy one, you will dragged out the back of the forum and given a good shoeing, this is a welding forum, you have to make one
Leave a couple inch gap between the back of the cooler and that plate and it will be fine mate. The air flow is just to exchange heat through the rad and keep the water temp down. With a little 200 amp tig working part time you could quite easily remove the fan on that cooler altogether and it still wouldn’t make no difference to the temp of the water.wel I thought I could put the water cooler on the bottom of the cart but I think it will restrict the air flow through it too much and if I cut holes into it it will fall apart!
and they only cost £1 or 40pA shopping trolley will do a lot better as they are designed to be carted about in the shops by many, many customers. if one can get a smaller one from Lidl (not that i condone it !) then it will make a really heavy duty welder cart once a decent plinth and shelf is added to it !

It’s rated to 800amps on automation mig applications so really nothing to worry too much about air flow in your situation.

I cant wait to start using itWeldtec. No dispute the absolute best money can buy. Jim D got me started on them and that’s all I ever intend to stick with.
Weldcraft crafter CS range probably my second place with CK’s in 3rd.
Owned all 3 of the American torch brands and that’s where I’d rate them.
