What are these air fittings?

The one on the left is the normal sort, all my tools, big compressor and hoses use them but cant remember the name, but I may need to get some more.

The one of the right came with an import air tool, and fits the quick disconnect fitting on my new 18v compressor.

Luckily they are both 1/4 bsp so I can swap them..

The one on the left is a Euro fitting I believe

One on the left is a PCL XP fitting, Screwfix is your friend.

Looks like the right one is a Jap fitting.

I'd call the right one a Nitto fitting but there are loads of names for the same thing.

Bit like the one on the left.
PCL XF, Euro, Rectus 25, cejn320, Devilbiss hvlp, Parker 25 series, and so on..

just pick what suits you and keep all your stuff on the same fittings , but its handy to have an adapter made up incase you need to plug in a borrowed tool ,,, and buy the branded stuff the Chinese copy stuff never seems to last ,,

Rectus/Parker 35 far superior to the PCL version

The one on right right is a Nitto type fitting. They are the standard fitting over here in Australia. I haven't seen them used anywhere else.
