or if u have a lathe make spacer rings up and they will fit anything u like

A 22mm shaft won't go though a 16mm bore cutting disc, so a spacer won't work, if your now talking about machining "An Adaptor" now that's a totally different kettle of fish.....![]()

While I'm in 'non-sensible' mode, would a simple spacer work on the OP's cut off saw which takes 10mm?

I don't see why not it all depends on the rpm speed of the 10mm shaft, abrasive disc's can and do tend to explode when spun much above their rated rpm/diameter ratio.
They are for 4inch grinders as I said previously.Since 16mm or 5/8 is a standard size for woodwork table saws (small ones), I wonder if they are for a tile saw?
