I find it hard to believe that one person can make so many mistakes.
Example...Job we have had lads on for a few days... Between the engineer, curtain walling company and architect they managed to miss out a perimeter beam to the full extent of three floors of a building. As it was, the curtain walling had nothing to fix to. Its a big heavy system that needs restraint at the top. We were called in, and after much messing about were given levels to put the new steels in at. So we started firing them in...to be told to alter the levels cos someone had messed up. So we altered it all, 1/3rd was installed at the time. We got all the beams installed (40-odd in total), to then be asked to give a price for stiffening the steels we had just put in cos they were designed wrongly.
Here we are finishing off today. Idiots.
