Wet vs dry media blasting

Hi all! Hope this is the right place to ask this.

I have a rusty chassis cab I was planning to clean and repaint, and in order to not lay a cloud of dust over the neighbours house and cars, I was thinking of wet sand blasting with some cotton dustsheet curtains all around my van.
I have a cheap Lidl pressure washer, but would probably get a petrol one for this project, and wanted to run a sanity check before I go ahead with it.
Has anyone done something similar? How did you deal with sand in all of the crevices. My van is an older shape Sprinter with a box chassis rail, and I was thinking of using a drain jetter with access holes at either end of the chassis to wash it down after blasting.

How did you deal with sand in all of the crevices.

USB endoscope cameras are now very cheap. They do not deal with the problem, but allow you to inspect the cavities to verify success.

Unless you do it on a rare hot day it will rust as quick as you look at it.
If you use the black slag iron silicate blast media there isn't so much dust really. I have used a Henry nozzle fairly close and it helps quite a bit. The black grit is so dense it just drops to the ground.

I think there are corrosion inhibitors you can add to the water.
