At last my Welsh Dragon is finished. Its been a long long process.
I wont even thin about the hourly rate, I messed up big time on my pricing but tough luck.
the whole thing is Corten steel.
A frame of 10mm bar and sheets of 1.6mm sheet for the body, legs were 20x3mm strip, great legs really muscular. about 4 days per leg
The tail drove me mad for about 5 days
I finished rusting him over the weekend. I think he leaves home tomorrow.
Then the big game getting him on top of the globe. I have done a test fit and it went smoothly.
But the artist will be a nervous wreck when we put him up there.
The customer has a large freight company and has all the necessary equipment for the job.
